Skype is an app that is used to face time and connects with other people through video chat or through text message. Skype is very easy to use and has several uses. What's great about Skype is that you can use it as a way to call people's cell phone numbers. You don't need to accept friend requests to call people. If in need of food or have an emergency, you can use Skype to call whoever is needed.

Skype has adapted to many new changes in the app. Skype can be downloaded on phones, laptops, and tablets, through Alexa and on Xbox. With all these different ways to connect to people, it widens the possibilities of who you would like to call or text. Skype also has many cool features like screen recording, recording the call, and many features while in a call like a raise your hand option. Skype can be used for business calls, or just as a way to connect with friends.

    Hello Tyler,
    Skype video is a great choice! I definitely agree that Skype has very much so adapted to today and the ever-changing environment of the world. An example of that would be covid. I think that the beauty of skype is that you can be across the world and still connect with one another, as well as having many features.

    Hi Tyler. I am familiar with Skype, as I used it a lot when I was younger to video chat my friends. I can’t say that I have used it recently though, because of apps like FaceTime and Zoom. I completely agree with you when you say that Skype is easy to use, especially since I was able to easily navigate it when I was so young. I like how Skype added the screen recording and call recording features, which could definitely come in handy. Since Skype has made quite a few updates since I last used it, I’ll definitely be giving it a try again. Great job!

    Hello Tyler,

    I remember Skype! I used Skype a lot when I was younger, but transitioned to using Discord when I was older. I was wondering if this was considered a dead tool but it seems like it's being used like Zoom and got some refreshes since I last used it in the mid-2010's. I'll have to check it out-- Fantastic presentation!

    Hi Tyler, I have not used Skype in literal years. I used to use this app to get in contact with my family that was out of the country before Whatsapp became a thing. I actually didn't know that you are able to download it on things like your Xbox so that's really cool. I probably won't use it anytime considering there are so many ways to connecting nowadays but great presentation.

ESPN is widely known, streaming on live TV and incorporated into a website/ app, ESPN is accessible anywhere. This safe and easy website is great to use to get news from around any sports league or even watch the games live. On the other hand, StreamEast is a website found only on a web browser. StreamEast is free, but the consequences it provides may be detrimental. With the possibility of malware and other viruses, this website is dangerous to use, but if the ads are ignored correctly, any game is accessible for free on your phone.
